1. Purpose and Scope
These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of members using various services (the “Services”) provided by “Pinover” (the “Company”).
2. Definitions

- Scrap Any
3. Account and Eligibility
Access to the Services is available upon login with a Canva account.
Members must maintain the security of their accounts and may not share or lease them to third parties.
4. Fees, Payments, and Taxes

Canva Pro Exclusive Service:
There is no separate payment for the Services themselves; access is granted when using Canva Pro. -
Subscription-Based Service:
Users may subscribe to the Services via a third-party payment processor (Lemon Squeezy).
Credits obtained through subscriptions are renewed monthly.
Invoices and receipts follow the policies of the payment processor.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method used.
Credits obtained after subscription cannot be transferred between members.
Payment disputes, refunds, and chargebacks are handled according to the policies of the Company, payment processor, and card issuer.
Credit consumption rates vary depending on the service or product and are disclosed in the Service.
Credit validity: Credits are renewed according to the scheduled period provided for each Service and product.
Payment-related inquiries follow Lemon Squeezy’s customer support policies and procedures.
Inquiries related to service access are handled by the Service’s customer support team.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are prohibited:
- Creating multiple accounts
- Credit card fraud
- Abnormal or repeated payment/refund attempts
- Excessive automated calls using scripts
- Copyright or personal information infringement
- Distribution of illegal or harmful content
6. Account Protection and Suspension
The Company may temporarily suspend accounts without prior notice if fraud, abuse, or security risks are
suspected.
Members will be notified of the reason and how to appeal afterward.
Appeals may be submitted to sanga66kr@pinover.net.
A review including human verification will be conducted within 7 business days.
7. Intellectual Property and License
Users retain rights to content they upload or create.
However, a non-exclusive license is granted to the Company for service provision, operation, and promotion.
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or ownership of model-generated output, and users are
responsible for ensuring the output does not infringe third-party rights.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
For services utilizing AI, the accuracy, suitability, and delay of results are not guaranteed.
The Services do not replace professional advice in fields including legal, medical, or investment matters.
The Company is only liable within the scope of ordinary damages for losses arising from force majeure,
network outages, or cloud/model-related issues.
9. Personal Information
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Disputes shall be brought before competent courts in Korea.
11. Subscription Plan Changes
Users can change their subscription plan through the subscription management screen provided by Lemon
Squeezy.
The subscription management screen is provided through the same subscription management link after the
initial payment.
Changes are processed as follows based on the price difference between the existing subscription plan and
the new subscription plan.

If the new subscription plan is more expensive:
The difference between the existing subscription plan and the new subscription plan will be charged immediately, and the new subscription plan will be applied immediately. -
If the existing subscription plan is more expensive:
The new subscription plan will be applied after the remaining period of the existing subscription plan ends.
12. Refund Policy
For Canva Pro services, there are no separate refund regulations.
Refund Policy for Subscription Credits

Full Refund for Unused Services:
If the user has not used the Service even once within 7 days of purchase, a full refund may be requested. -
Partial Usage Refunds (Credit Subscriptions):
If the user has partially used the Service, unused credits may still be refunded. -
Non-Refundable Plans:
Subscription plans offering unlimited usage are not eligible for refunds after at least one usage.

When users request a refund of remaining credits, the Company will deduct applicable fees and process
refunds accordingly.
[Full Refund Without Fees]
Full refunds with no fees apply in cases such as:
- Natural disasters preventing service provision
- Defects in prepaid instruments
- Disadvantages to users caused by service reduction (with required legal notice)
Processing Timeline & Method:
After identity verification, refunds are issued to the original payment method (or equivalent method) within
7–14 business days.
Exceptions:
Refunds may be denied and accounts suspended if illegal activity, fraud, or refund abuse is detected.
System Errors & Overcharges:
In the event of Company-related system errors or duplicate charges, full refunds will be issued immediately.
